I love dressing casually. I have the tendency to overdress for everything, but when I keep it simple the thrown on outfit becomes one of my favorites. The best thing about dressing casually? Not having to worry about support and smoothing garments.

52 Weeks of Color: Week #4 – Plum
Week four in the 52 weeks of color challenge was a breeze. I love plum simply for the fact that it flatters the darker toned skins well, which is what I wear the most.

I was hoping to put together a sexy but cute look for today when I received the top from BOOM shown in this photo. I’ve been meaning to blog this highwaist skirt from Cynful and was having the toughest time finding the rest of the look and finally it all came together today.
