Ms. Jolie

As you can probably tell from my posts, I really love skins. I especially love trying out skins from brands on the rise. Filthy Skins have been getting tons of coverage of late from the blogs, but because I primarily wear tan and dark skins I stayed away from them because they had a bit too much red undertones for my taste. The newest skin, Jolie, however impressed me so much that I photographed myself in pale tones, something that I never do.

Summer Breeze

Today I bring you one of the latest beautiful faces from Curio. Summer lives up to her name, a youthful face that reminds me of summers spent in Florida at beachside.  I’m showing it in Acorn, but Summer comes in all of the yummy tones Gala is known for, Moonbeam, Petal, Sundust Acorn and Bean with two versions of each tone.

The Goddess Artemis

According to Greek Mythology, Artemis is the goddess of the hunt and the wilderness.  With the Artemis skin from Unique Megastore, let the hunt come to you!  I’m wearing the Dark version of Artemis, but it also comes in two lighter tones.

Hair & Lashes Oh My 4/23/2011

I meant to ramble on about these gorgeous eyelashes in my last post, but I thought I would save it for another post.  I really wanted to feature the skin in that post.  Now ere we are in the next post so let me just tell you these lashes are really great!  They look amazing on and are incredible to fit.  The creator really has gone the extra step to make these the absolute best lashes that I own.  They are gorgeous and the scripting allows you to obtain a perfectly flawless fit (unlike what is shown in the photos).  I’m still working on getting the perfect fit for me but I wanted to share them with you now because I just couldn’t hold back anymore.  I found these lashes on the style card of the shape I purchased from Juicy.  They are made by Framboise Werribee and are a staple to my avatar now.

Shangri La Style 4-23-2011 Hair

Today’s Truth hair release was ever so convenient since taking the eyelash photos would require a closeup shot.  I grabbed this hair called Hazel from the new release and I’m really glad that I did.  It frames my avatars face so elegantly and the curls are just so soft, I really love the way this hair looks.  It’s a pretty versatile style as well so you can dress it up or down to create an elegant look for an evening out or to dress up some jeans and a tank like I’ve chosen to do.
