Gorgeous Mesh Hair from Elikatira

I’m really excited about mesh and this hair is one of the many reasons why I wish more people would update their viewers and embrace mesh.  For a long time I’ve always really been irritated about how our side braids or even longer hairstyles were forever going through our shoulders.  NO MORE!

It Girl – Part 2

Yesterday I blogged this gorgeous new hair and today I wanted to go ahead and give you the full dose.  I had paired the Blacklace corset with a pair of jeans and these sexy black boots.  If you look closely at the corset it in this photo it looks a bit different and that’s because I’ve detached the sculpt attachment and let just the detailing of the system layer corset show.  As I mentioned yesterday this corset is only available for another week, that is until 1-13-2012 and after that will be discontinued permanently.

It Girl – LOTD

I’ve been kinda in a odd place with my av.  I like her appearance don’t get me wrong but 2+ years wearing the same skin gets boring.  Thing is, there is no skin I love more than the Jolie skin from Dutch Touch on my avatar.  When I put a different skin on her, she doesn’t doesn’t feel like “me” anymore so I’m sticking with it for awhile longer.  I did go for a bit of a hair color change though and I’m totally loving this “new” me.

Maybe Turkey Day? – LOTD 11/24/11

Happy Thanksgiving to everyone that celebrates it. It may not be entirely obvious, but Thanksgiving inspired my look today.  This is a very typical me look, take a cute dress, throw on a jacket and heels and instant pulled together look.  I know you’re wondering by now, how did Thanksgiving inspire this look?

Demure Sexy

Being a child of the South and basically brow-beaten to act like a lady, its hard for me to show my sexy side.  Even in SL, where you don’t have to worry about having too much body fat, stretchmarks and the cellulite.  The latest releases from Hucci, lets you be all the sexy you want to be without the slutty.

When I started SL four years ago, I had a mission to always dress in vintage wear.  I was going through that stage in real life, and sought out everything that said 40′s and 50′s wear to me.  Of course I’ve taken a very big detour in that philosophy today, but today there is nothing sexier than wearing a tight pencil skirt with line nylons and sky-high stilettos. 50L Friday @ BC & TOSL @ Blacklace

I’m not one for self promotion very often but after I completed these shoes for an outfit I created for my brand, Baby Couture, I just had to style them with the TOSL item available this week at Blacklace.

The shoes are available today only for just 50L at Baby Couture and the Blacklace set will be available for this week at the cost of 199L

The panties that come with the set make for a perfect evening look when the lights go down and you’re cuddled up with that special someone.  I’ve paired the evening look with some hot pink Saffron Pumps from Lelutka.  These shoes really are classic and if you go to the store you’ll see they come in a wide array of colors both bold and soft colors.

TDR Blue Mashup 5/15/2011

I meant to get this blog up earlier but I’m kind of an airhead and locked myself out of my Flickr.  I cannot remember the password for anything today so I’m just going to upload it inside of WordPress to share with you all.

The skin and earrings were from TDR blue and the hair is from Pia from Truth.  The top is from Grixdale and is a re-release and the jeans were part of an outfit by Sandie Saenz that I randomly found while searching Marketplace.  The best part is that the entire outfit, jewelry included was just 199L.

Walk on the Sand 3/27/2011

I have been wanting to blog this little dress for awhile but was having issues with styling and I slipped it on yesterday morning and the rest of what I already had on just worked.  I received a delivery of some Just A Pose goodies and it contained a new pose pack that was perfect for presenting the look so here it is!  This cute little dress was an immediate purchase after NSD store owner Naith Smit posted a photo on plurk.  The shoes are one of my go to pairs and all time favorites.  If you do not own the fatpack of these shoes head to Maitreya now, find the ChiChi pumps and get them all, you won’t regret it.  I like the simplicity of this look… the no fuss appearance which is perfect for these hot summer days approaching.  I don’t know about you but in the summer I don’t spend much fuss putting together elaborate accessory detailing, it’s just too hot for me to bother.  I typically toss on some shorts or a summer dress, some sandals or flip flops, my shades and I’m out the door to enjoy the day.
