Urban Pizzazz

Yay! Urban cuteness! Thank you to the Crack Den Sim of Hathian for your endless displays of fabulous colored walls. It really made taking this pic a blast. Today’s look features on of the newest hairs from !lamb called Smoke shown in powder. The skin I originally got from the skin fair a little while back from Cheerno. It has great coloring on the eyes without need of a tattoo layer for extra color. The hoodie was another one of my wonderful steals from Ducknipple. The store is full of goodies that come cheap and in bulk. A lot of items are sold in packs so you get various options for wearing when the mood strikes you.

Grixdale Newness! June 11th

This wonderful little dress from Grixdale will be released tomorrow for sale. The dress comes with two options. One (shown below) with a stripe down the middle and one without. I love the dress, it fits beautifully and the prims don’t have many problems going into your body when worn.

New Truth Hair 6/10/11

Pretty casual look here. I was hanging with one of my besties, Icey and we decided to do a quick picture together. I am wearing one of the brand new Truth hairs just released today. This one is called Danni, and comes with a streak option as well. Also shown one of the Fifty Linden Friday goodies available all day for only 50L. These vibrant blue eyes from Hoot were a steal. Pink Lady

I LOVE the sim Lula. It’s adorable, and has two of my favorite stores on it, mon tissu and !lamb. Today’s Look features One of the newer releases from !lamb, Isolation. the style is very delicate and frames the face beautifully. The back is a messy bun and goes with a variety of styles. Below shown is the hair in honeycomb, one of the more natural blonde tones that !lamb has. I’m also a fan of their platinum tone called powder that comes in the black and white pack, but today this tone suited the Iren skin with freckle add on perfectly. The Jewelry came from the CHIC Birthday Event and is by Donna Flora (fabulous fabulous store for jewelry!).

California Girls

This look reminds me entirely of home. I live not far from the beach, and most of the under 30 beach-goers dress a little something like this. I had the privilege of meeting the lovely Ms. Tyr Rozenblum of Grixdale, and I cannot say enough good things about her. She is a delightful human being. The skin and adorable little mini skirt shown here you will be able to find in her store, Grixdale. The skin is called Ren (shown in Honey skin tone) and went perfect for this tan beach babe look. Her “Lazy Denim Skirt” Shown below is by far my favorite mini skirt in SL. The prim attachment is modifiable and is made in two pieces, extremely easy to edit linked parts to make the front AND back pieces fit like a glove. The picture shown below was cropped, but not retouched in any way. The items are exactly as shown.

In other news… Action has become one of my new faves for Hair. All of their hairstyles include a headlock that will override your AO, so the hair will not go through your body. The hairs are also scripted to resize and many of them have colorable accessories or streaks to play around with. This wonderful summer top was also from Action and comes in a ton of cute styles. The prims come in more than one size and are also scripted to resize. They give your bust a boost too! The prim looks great with the shirt texture. Love it!

Summer Cuteness

Today’s look was a quick summery fresh look. I’m always a fan of girly with a touch of nerd-dom. Absolutely LOVE these glasses from Alphavillain. I picked them up during one of the Albero festivals and hadn’t ever really looked them over very closely, but they are adorable and unisex. The headband has been one of my favorite pieces for a long time. It is actually a gacha item from Tokidoki, but you can get the whole pack of colors for less than 200L. It’s an awesome buy and is small and simple to match with a variety of looks and hairstyles.

At The Arcade!

I was in the mood for something funky and colorful today, so I thought I’d give you some sort of a throw back look. I Was thrilled to be able to show off my brand NEW MStyle GOSHI Pumps. I think they are adorable and come in a large variety of colors and neutrals perfect for almost any outfit. The hair was a freebie from LeLutka it came with a full fatpack of colors to be able to see the hair swatches from the talented crew behind LeLutka. I haven’t been able to use it in anything lately, I guess I’m not gutsy enough for the girl-fro, but it was fun with this look.

Sunday Loungin’

Ahh, Sundays…..the day to catch up on R&R and just lounge to your heart’s content. I decided today would be the perfect day to throw together a quirky lounge outfit to share. I picked up this cute little robe at sf design a while ago on sale, and it’s absolutely adorable. It comes in his/hers if you’re the type to lounge with your special someone in sl. Also great for RP purposes!

I cannot say enough good things about the geniuses behind mon tissu, either. These fabulous Balcon lounge pants, by Elie Spot, are the best quality you’ll find. The pants come with pre fitted his AND hers sizes included, so this whole look overall is unisex. I like the detail in the shadowing and seams…they look incredible standing or lounging and come in a bunch of great colors. I think I must own them in at least 5 colors..they are a definate must have.

Kudos to Turnip Sorbet of Turnip’s Homes and Stuff for this fabulous face mask. I was digging all over for an Avocado face mask, and decided to take a shot in the dark and search several things to see if I might already have one in my black hole of an inventory. This adorable pumpkin face mask was a gift from the Fall season’s hunt and came packaged in the cutest little tube that I’m definately going to include in my bathroom.

CH1C Goodies!

I Got a fabulous little notice today to come check out the CHIC Birthday event happening on the Tropical Bliss sim and went on over. I was delighted to see Ms. Rhapzody Wilde of Mynerva had this lovely Bianca skin available for the event. It’s adorable! The features on the face are very natural and aesthetically pleasing. I popped over to the event and ten minutes later booked it home with the most adorable loot! The outfit and hair were also purchased at the venue. Get them while their out…all in one convenient shopping location.

Impromptu – LOTD 6/1/2011

It all started with the gorgeous maxi skirts from G Field.  Mariah showed up with the purple version, which prompted Vernice to get yellow version. Our new team member Katelynn (you will be seeing more of her soon) then proceeded to pull out the yellow version.  We all styled out skirts different ways according to our own personal styles and had an impromptu photoshoot in Vernice’s backyard. Impromptu photos sometimes make for the best pictures.
